Really good Hotel Experience

Our family's stay spanned a few days, during which we dined at the restaurant one evening. All personnel were pleasant from check-in onward. They addressed every request. The rooms feature Elemis products in refillable, large bottles and fresh milk rather than uht. Evening meals had delicious options including hangar steak and skate.
The absence of signage made locating the tea and coffee tray inconvenient. I had to search for it.

Rooms are well-equipped with complimentary beverages and biscuits ensuring comfort. Beds are comfortable with spare pillows. Servicing kept our rooms super clean throughout our stay. Bathrooms contained high-quality toiletries.

Staff demonstrated attentiveness, such as remembering our breakfast drink orders. The team consistently were pretty good in their service. Staff were polite and also very friendly. No request seemed too difficult.

I appreciated the complimentary water and apples provided for our departure. The room included Elemis products, which are large refillable bottles. I also liked the availability of fresh milk, not UHT, in the room's fridge. The staff were very helpful and remembered our drinks order during breakfast on the second morning.
I noticed the absence of leisure facilities, such as a gym or pool. The lack of these options limits recreational activities at the hotel. Rooms might need updates because they appear slightly tired.

lovely settingamazing staffsoft mattressscratching noises
the setting was quite lovely. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the staff seemed amazing. the food i had was also very good.
the mattress in my room felt very soft and old with noticeable dips. i heard scratching noises on the roof throughout the night it sounded like something was in the roof space.
